1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or ordering from padroza.com (“the Website”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Shipping & Return Policy.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older, or ordering through a parent/legal guardian, to place an order.

3. Product Description & Material Claims

  • Padroza jewellery is demi-fine fashion jewellery, typically finished with 18K PVD (Physical Vapour Deposition) gold coating over a base metal, as specified on each product page. It is not certified fine/hallmarked gold jewellery unless explicitly stated on the specific product page.

  • Where a product is described as waterproof, sweatproof, tarnish-resistant, hypoallergenic, or nickel-free, this refers to the coating and base-metal treatment used and standard testing/industry practice; it does not guarantee performance under all conditions (see Section 6, Care & Warranty, of our Shipping & Return Policy).

  • Product images are representational; minor variation in shade/finish between screen display and the physical product may occur.

    • 4. Pricing & Payment

    Prices are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing or description errors at any time before dispatch, offering the customer the option to reconfirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund. Payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant third-party gateways; we do not store full card details.

    5. Order Acceptance, Cancellation & Fraud Prevention

  • Order confirmation acknowledges receipt only; a contract is formed on dispatch.

  • We may refuse, cancel, or hold any order where billing/shipping details cannot be verified, the order appears to be for unauthorised resale, payment is flagged as high-risk, or the customer has a history of fraudulent claims or return-policy misuse.

  • We may require additional verification for bulk orders or orders flagged by our payment partner as high-risk.

    • 6. User Accounts

    You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account. Notify us at contact@padroza.com of any unauthorised use.

    7. Intellectual Property

    All designs, photography, and content on the Website belong to Padroza and are protected under Indian copyright and trademark law.

    8. Prohibited Conduct

    You agree not to submit fraudulent orders or payment details, misuse the return process (including via edited/staged photo or video evidence, or returning a used or substituted item), scrape or resell products in breach of these Terms, or use the Website unlawfully.

    9. Limitation of Liability

    To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order-related claim is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

    10. Indemnity

    You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Website.

    11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

    Governed by the laws of India; courts at Bangalore City shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
